Econfina Creek



My trip on Econfina Creek was December 15th in the late 1990s. The Northwest Florida Water Management Authority had wisely purchased the watershed to secure a clean drinking water supply for Panama City’s future. It is a beautiful stream with beech trees, hollies and unusual soapstone bluffs you would not expect to find in this part of Florida.
